Allow Internet Archive linting to accept Static CT metadata using
ctsubmissionurlandctmonitoringurl, in addition to legacycturl.This fixes linting for
ct_geomys_tuscolo2026h1, whose IA metadata andlog.v3.jsonuse Static CT submission/monitoring URLs.Tested with:
